#TBT Throwback Thursday – Helicopter Flight Training 7 – Flight to New Airport, Alternator Failure, Running Landings…

While HTV is busy working on new content, check out some of our old videos from a few years back. Today’s Throwback Thursday is a student’s Helicopter Flight Lesson Day 7  from November 2015.

This video is the seventh day in a series of flight lessons, following a student from day 1, all the way through solo and onto Private Pilot Helicopter checkride. This flight covers simulated emergency procedures for alternator failures and turbulence as well as a flight to a new airport, running landings and more.

This series of 32 training flights will show you what it is like to learn to fly a helicopter, with it’s ups and downs.
